Antique convex glass needlepoint vanity set - rare
A beautiful matching mirror and brush set with ornate handles and framing.
This brass vanity piece contains it's original petit point embroidery, a stunning floral bouquet of botanicals protected behind glass, while the handle contains delicate and ornate scrollwork. This item is most likely from the 1910's - 20's as is a popular style for the time and has a glass covering on the back which is typical of older vanity items. The glass is domed which is unusual.
The protective glass backs is in good condition - there are some minor marks to the embroidery/staining but all can be seen in the images.
