Do you take custom orders?

We do! We take on custom orders for mirrors and artwork (logo's, custom designed prints etc.) If you're after a fully customised piece (one that isn't a simple text change for example) please fill out our custom inquiry form. We receive a lot of requests so there may be a wait period. By filling out the form we can discuss your ideas, price point and if they are suitable/something we would be able to complete - this is particularly important for mirrors as they are space limited. 

Do you collaborate?

We do indeed. We love working with other businesses and creatives - just fill out our inquiry form or send us an email to hausofgaunt@yahoo.com and we can create some magic! We also offer photography and content creation services that can be discussed through the same channel - we do not accept gifted products/review products though. We don't do this ourselves so it wouldn't be right or us to accept it either but we are always happy to art swap instead :)

Do you post internationally/worldwide?

We do! We currently ship to: Europe both EU and non EU, America, Australia, The UK and Canada. We will be opening to more locations soon.

Are updates for mirrors and brushes always on a Sunday as flash releases?

Yes, we currently only release these items with flash updates to keep things fair. There is a high demand for our items but they are not mass produced so updates need a while to prepare. We will host a few clandestine releases mid week etc. These will be hinted at through our mailing lists and social media.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For most items we try to dispatch between 5-7 days excluding weekends/bank holidays/national holidays etc, custom items may be longer. You will always receive an email once your items are on their way. Once our items are dispatched delivery times may vary depending on your level of postage (standard, tracked etc.) particularly during the current climate of Covid and Brexit. These are causing significant postal delays. However if you are concerned about an item just drop us a message :) 

I need to amend my order, what should I do?

If you have any changes that need making, for example you wish to combine an order to change an address you must let us know within 24hours of ordering. After this time period we cannot guarantee any changes can be made so please thoroughly check all of your information prior to ordering. 

Can I stack discounts? Do you offer student discount etc,

Unfortunately you cannot stack any of our offers (for example the 4 for the price of 3 on our tarot prints) with any other offer we have released including the returning customer discount. We also do not currently have a set discount for shipping or groups. We do offer them but they are always released at our own discretion - if you want to make sure you're first in line for any new discounts or surprise discounts then sign up to our mailing list/social media where we will announce any of our codes or free shipping.

Are you looking for brand reps?

We are not. We don't currently offer any products for review, gifting or unboxing etc. We don't think this system is beneficial and we would rather create giveaways or discounts that can benefit everyone instead. We also don't view this as a collaboration so please don't send requests through as it is still gifting no matter how you phrase it.
